You can really get packing here: the load compartment of the GLK has a volume of 450 litres and, apart from being equipped with lights at the sides and a 12V socket, it also features numerous practical fastening possibilities. For one, there are hooks for bags and garments, but also lashing eyelets and rings with which to secure heavy objects. This is particularly safety-relevant when you have to transport bulky luggage items and have folded down the (1/3:2/3 split) folding rear-seat backrests.
