In the event of panic braking at more than 50 km/h, the adaptive brake lights are activated. The flashing brake lights warn traffic approaching from behind more effectively than using a conventional brake light. If you were travelling faster than 70 km/h, the hazard warning lights are also automatically activated after emergency braking.
