The new Deluxe versions mark an impressive launch at My Dinh My Dinh National Stadium right on the most actioned-packed Mercedes-Benz Driving Experience taking place from 17th – 22nd March, 2010 with the return of famous Mercedes-Benz Motorsport experts.

 

Offering a wide range of more than 20 test cars: the 2010 GLK & C-Class Deluxe, new E-class, S-class, CLS, ML, R-class, new Sprinter, Mercedes-Benz Driving Experience has attracted more than 400 participants registered before the event to join in to the driving tracks to get their practical driving training and experience under the instruction of Mercedes-Benz motorsport experts, leaded by F3 racing-driver - Peter Hackett.

Under the person-to-person instruction of Peter Hackett and his three teammates, the participants to the Mercedes-Benz Driving Experience 2010 will have more fun and surprise in their driving manoeuvre at high speed on the three exercises: fully applying brake at high speed for ABS experience, accurate and quick steering in a zigzag drive competition to know about the vehicle stability control, and emergency lane change on a very slippery road surface…

 

In a previous global statistics, the standard-fit ESP on Mercedes-Benz could contribute to help reduce more 20% of accident cases yearly. The Driving Experience program is a good opportunity to test how a Mercedes car could do to protect passengers at every situation.

 

The dynamic handling exercise giving chance to drive the Mercedes in a very zigzag road also help participants learn about the relationship of steering and acceleration to control their wheels at the best under the amazing support of Electronic Stability Program as well.

 

ABS and BAS exercise is still the authentic session to test how safely the system is assist drivers in stopping the car against the obstacles without skidding. It also demonstrates the intervention of the Mercedes Brake Assist System to automatically increase brake power if necessary.

 

Participants after half-day event will not only having a lot of fun driving in many Mercedes models but also master the skills to handle their cars in daily driving especially in emergency situations.
